1. Who We Are

PirateCrew.Fun ("PirateCrew", "we", "our", "us") is a web‑based rewards platform that links on‑chain activity with off‑chain social actions. We operate globally, but we ask United States persons and Panama persons not to use the Service (see our Terms of Service). You can reach us at info@piratecrew.fun regarding any privacy question.

Because we accept users worldwide, including the EEA and UK, our processing is grounded on:

  1. Contractual necessity – to provide the Service you request (Art. 6 (1)(b)).
  2. Legitimate interests – to prevent abuse, measure engagement, and improve functionality (Art. 6 (1)(f)).
  3. Consent – where you voluntarily connect your Twitter account or set cookies (Art. 6 (1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. How We Use the Data

  • Account & Social Login: Verify ownership of a wallet or Twitter handle.
  • Reward Mechanics: Attribute on‑chain and off‑chain actions to a user profile and calculate payouts or badges.
  • Leaderboard Display: Publicly showcase Twitter usernames and associated scores. Wallet addresses never appear on the leaderboard.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Detect duplicate or malicious accounts.
  • Session Management & Minimal Analytics: Maintain log‑in state and measure aggregate usage.

We do not use the data for behavioral advertising, automated profiling, or selling to third parties.

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We set a single session cookie (non‑persistent) to keep you logged in and remember basic preferences. No cross‑site tracking, ads cookies, or fingerprinting scripts are used. You may block cookies in your browser, but the Service may not function correctly.

8. Data Retention

We retain wallet addresses, Twitter usernames, and session logs for as long as your account remains active and the Service is offered. If you delete your wallet or Twitter link via your dashboard— https://piratecrew.fun/delete-service-account , https://piratecrew.fun/add-wallet
