Returns the full transaction resource: signature, lifecycle (unknown → submitted → processing → confirmed → finalized, or failed), confirmation_status, err, slot, and confirmations. Replaces /v1/tx/{sig}/status. Stop-gap: emits transaction.${lifecycle} on every GET that observes a non-unknown state, since we have no persisted prior state to diff against.
