Pick the channel that matches what you need.

• Bug reports — File an issue on the public GitHub repo: github.com/piratecrewfun/pirate-sdk-api. Include the endpoint, the request payload (redact secrets), the response, and a timestamp. PRs welcome.
• Scope requests — Ping the PirateCrew Discord, channel #dev. Share the prefix of your API key (the first 8 characters) and the route(s) you need to call. Scopes are granted manually.
• Rate-limit bumps — Same channel: #dev on Discord. Share your key prefix, your expected requests/min and requests/day, and one sentence on the use case.
• Active incidents — Discord #dev. See Status & Incidents for the wider picture.
• Security disclosures — Do not file public issues for security bugs. DM a maintainer on Discord or email the team via the address listed on developer.piratecrew.fun.
• Social — Follow @piratecrewfun on X for product announcements (handle current at time of writing; check the main site if uncertain).

Response SLA

This is a free Starter-tier product today, so response times are best-effort — typically same-business-day on Discord, longer on GitHub. There's no paid support contract and no guaranteed turnaround. For launch-day blockers, Discord #dev is the fastest path.
